Shipping & Order Info

Budget Shipping

Items shipped with our Budget Shipping method will be shipped with FedEx Ground or the cheapest method available to us at the time. There may be extra processing times and please note that delivery times will vary as other shipping methods may take preference. 


SHIPPING

Our goal is to provide speedy shipping!  Packages are dispatched 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment. Usually, if your order is received before 2:00 PM EST, your package will ship the same day. During the holiday season, please allow for more lead time for shipping.  Some FedEx services will deliver on Saturday but we do not guarantee any Saturday deliveries from our site.  We only guarantee deliveries on a “Business Day”, Monday through Friday schedule.  If you would like to arrange for special Saturday deliveries, please contact our Customer Service to arrange before placing an order.

Items are shipped Standard via FedEx Ground with tracking and delivery without signature unless another method is chosen. If you prefer delivery by FedEx with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Delivery times are approximate. Times will vary depending on your location.

** Please note that if your order an item with Overnight shipping on a Friday, it will not be delivered on Saturday.  If you order on Friday after 2pm, there is a chance your order will not be shipped until Monday.  Please contact customer service if you have any questions before placing your order on a Friday.  Saturday delivery is available in some situations but there will be extra fees.   Thank you!

We currently ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia with USPS Global Priority Mail.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

We would like you to be satisfied with every order you place.  If you have any problems with your order,  contact our Customer Service department within 20 business days of the delivery of your item(s).

We will offer a replacement or full refund (not including shipping) for your returned merchandise, as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Simply return the item(s) with a copy of the invoice and state whether you want the item(s) replaced or money refunded. A restocking charge of 15% shall be charged on returns that are not the result of any error or fault of ours. Shipping charges will not be credited. Goods may not be returned for credit after 30 days after your receipt of the goods.

Note: You must ship insured and prepaid. Refunds won't be made for products that are lost or damaged during shipping. After we receive your returned product, a credit will be issued to the credit card account used to make the purchase. We reserve the right to make the determination of undamaged condition and may reduce your credit if the product is damaged or if all the original package contents aren't returned.

Returning products that were part of a special promotion:

GlasswareDreams.com may occasionally offer promotional pricing on products that is dependent on certain terms of purchase. If you return a product for which you received special promotional discounts, you will receive a credit for that product's return that will not exceed the promotional pricing you received at the time of purchase. If as a part of a promotion you received a second product at no cost or at a reduced price when another product was purchased, credit for the return of the first product will be reduced to factor in the savings on the second product if the second product is not returned with the first product. If all products are returned, the full purchase price will be credited.

 

Order Statuses

Your order may be placed in several different statuses before the order is complete.  Below is a list of our order statuses with basic descriptions.

Processing - Your order has been received and paid.  Our staff is reviewing and preparing your order for shipment.

Open - Your order has been received but it remains UNPAID. Please re-pay the order or call our customer service department if you are having problems completing payment.

Declined - Your order has been declined, usually this is because of a problem with the information entered for your credit card.

Drop Ship - Part or all of your order is being "Drop Shipped" from our distributor.  We generally try to carry all items that we have on our site but for various reasons some items may need to be drop shipped.  We always provide tracking information for your drop ship.

Cancelled - Your order was cancelled, usually as requested.

Refund - A refund for your order was processed. It may take 3-5 business days to receive your refund.

Shipped - Shipped status means that your Order is Complete and all packages have been dispatched. You should have received a tracking number for all of your packages (if multiple or drop shipped).
